I want to start by saying thanks for visiting my site.

My name is Kevin, and I sole creator of both the front and the backend for this blog. And yes, as mentioned below, it is hosted on AWS only. I recently received my AWS Architect Associate and SysOps Associate Certifications. Before that, I had no real-world IT experience other than being a hobby and installing Linux on Macs and building Windows Gaming Machines.

I wanted to create this site to provide tutorials on topics or issues that I had to solve myself. Most of you know, most info is guarded by expensive IT subscriptions. Leaving some in the dark, making a simple project kind of annoying.

For example, I ran into a error using cloudfront when trying to edit text on WordPress using a popular site builder called Elementor. Later solved by adding a Authorization header and setting correct cache on wp-admin slug.

Another Topic I was excited about was doing a site to site vpn on my home network using AWS. I did some digging and found out that my router had this feature and I created the 1st tutorial in the US for this. Very simple but often over looked.

I’m currently Studying DevOps, My future posting will be more Terraform with AWS and a few Developer, Cloudformation topics and of course anything exciting.
